GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Marketing Project Administrator is responsible for managing marketing projects to support the business goals and objectives of our internal stakeholders. Scope of the role includes understanding how to use marketing strategy to solve business objectives, collaborating with cross-functional team members and external agencies on deliverables and timelines, overseeing execution of numerous campaigns, and using compelling presentation skills/storytelling to communicate and engage with internal and external audiences. To successfully serve as a project manager for marketing assignments within the marketing Project Management Office, this role requires knowledge of how to plan and manage a project to make sure all deadlines are hit and all team members understand expectations and deliverables. This role will develop a deep understanding of marketing strategy and various tactics that may be used (Google, Facebook, Pinterest, e-mail, display advertising, etc.) as part of programs. This role will be part of a team of 5-6 team members who manage projects for the marketing department.

The ideal candidate is someone who highly organized, has some previous project management experience and is looking to pursue a career in marketing. Strong candidates will have good communication skills, be willing to collaborate with others and are comfortable handling all the details of a project, big and small. Previous healthcare experience is not required. This position requires a high level of multitasking abilities, is results oriented, and is driven by a team-oriented environment.

This role will require the candidate to be on site at least 2 days per week. Must reside within a commutable distance to Denver, CO.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive.

  • Develops and communicates project scope, timeline, plan, and resource requirements
  • Communicates project status updates and needs to all stakeholders; prepares, reports, and manages against targets/goals including scope, schedule, and metrics
  • Empower internal team of subject matter experts responsible for running multiple marketing campaigns
  • Manage workload of internal team and partner with external agencies and freelancers as necessary
  • Collaborate across a diverse team with designers, account directors, writers, digital experts, communications specialists and project managers to plan and execute programs
  • Build relationships with cross functional partners with varying business demands and different levels of knowledge about marketing

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The following education, licenses, certifications, experience and computer skills are required to fulfill the essential duties.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3+ year of experience in marketing
  • Prior experience in project management preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Suite Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
  • Skills and proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, Teamwork or similar programs

Salary/ Wage Range

$38,600.00 - $56,700.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
