Overview:

The Project Analyst will assist and support our client projects planning & analysis group.

• Monitor assigned project activities.
• Determine, Communicate, and Monitor project forecasts and accruals and monitor incremental funding level(s) along with projections.
• Monitor project status on regular basis and create, develop, and generate reports to management.
• Develop, Create and Oversee Project Budgeting and Scheduling reports.
• Suggest and manage change in the Project Process.
• Analyze project data, determine potential risks and challenges and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
• Provide project control support to Manager to successfully plan and execute assigned projects.
• Analyze project problems and recommend resolutions.
• Determine key performance indicators to improve project operational efficiency.
• Work with Manager in developing project plan, schedule and budget.
• Monitor project progress to identify and correct delays or deviations.
• Advice Managers on project controls practices and procedures.
• Work independently or in a team to perform daily work assigned by Manager.
• Work in compliance with company rules and regulations.
• Assist with proposal preparation.
• Assist with document creation.

Requirements:

• Should be familiar with basic Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and processes.
• 5 to 10 years of project analysis experience.
• Must be US citizen.
• Successful drug screening.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Degree OR equivalent relevant experience considered.
