ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate multiple print projects between team members, customers, graphic designers, and manufacturers
- Monitor project details to ensure specifications are accurately communicated
- Inform customers and other stakeholders about their project’s status in a timely manner
- Proofread print projects
- Solve customer problems with empathy and a positive, friendly demeanor
- Cultivate and maintain caring, long-term relationships with customers
- Help develop guidelines to evaluate and improve customer service
- Develop broad technical printing industry knowledge over time
QUALIFICATIONS
- College Degree
- Desire to grow with the company
- Experience in print production (preferred)
- Project experience (preferred)
