Note: This role is a hybrid position offered in the Dallas or Austin area. Working Central Time hours is required. We are looking for a candidate who will be able to come into the co-working space for 2 weeks of training and then 2-4 times monthly thereafter. What you will do
The Project Coordinator, internally referred to as a Sr. Client Services Associate (CSA), is a key contributor to the mission of Rep Data - providing a reliable, repeatable data collection partner - for life. The Sr. CSA is an internal, non-client facing support role that enables the Operations team to surpass client expectations. The Sr. CSA is an organized, detail-oriented individual with the ability to successfully support multiple project tasks in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. This position will report to the Team Lead, Client Services, and will be a part of team of 5 individuals.
In this role you will:
- Use multiple software platforms to accept and process support requests
- Assist Project Managers with project setup, link testing, daily status reports, fielding recommendations, send supplier updates, DIY sample management, and reconciliation
- Liaise with suppliers to gather information for quotes and support projects in field
- Use proprietary tools to accurately estimate pricing and feasibility
- Provide prompt, proactive, and consultative task management
- Clearly and effectively communicates project metrics, timelines, and potential challenges to internal clients via email, Slack, and online video meetings
- Serve as subject matter expert for 2 or more complex support task types
- Contribute to training documentation and participate in new hire onboarding
- Maintain high support volumes with minimal supervision
- Monitor queue at start, middle, and end of shift to assist with task assignments to ensure deadlines for all incoming tasks are met
What you bring
Required:
- Local to Dallas, Austin, or New Orleans area and willing to work in workspace 2-4 days a month, with the remaining days being remote
- 1-2 years hands-on services or operations experience in a client-facing and sales-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills in English language required, both written and verbal
Preferred:
- Experience with G-Suite Admin tools, Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, Monday.com
- Experience in quantitative market research, or project management
- Knowledge of DIY sampling platforms is a plus
