Arcadis is seeking a Project Manager to help support projects in the Phoenix, AZ area. The role will support our Places West team. This position is on client site and candidates must be able to travel to site.

Role description:

As the project manager you will be responsible for engaging with clients and supporting their needs during the construction phases of the project. You will organize and prioritize work making sure the project is completed on time and address any concerns that arise during the project.

Role accountabilities:

  • Engage with the client’s local operations staff to facilitate maintenance of existing operations during construction
  • Able to solve complex problems associated with the management of costs and schedules with the project team
  • Possess the ability to work independently in difficult and complex tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate and communicate
  • Able to read and interpret general documents, such as project reports, internal and external communications
  • Must possess ability to format and communicate general correspondence (internal and external) reports
  • Must possess ability to organize and prioritize workload
  • Scheduling and estimating experience a plus

Qualifications & Experience:

Required Qualifications :

  • 5+ Years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related degree
  • Experience working with the public sector projects and experience managing major maintenance type projects in active operating settings

Preferred Qualifications :

  • 10+ Years of experience
  • CMAA (CCM), PE, RA, or PMP license / certification
  • Experience managing diverse teams
  • Experience working in the Infrastructure Market Sector

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
