Project Manager – Team Acceleration

Position Summary:

Overall Responsibilities:

• Support of project lead in managing project team and stakeholder
• Documentation of business requirements and processes in close collaboration with key project members from logistics, IT and others
• Building and maintaining a network of stakeholders within the organization
• Presenting project plans and progress to US leadership
• Review of existing business processes and user needs to identify gaps and develop solutions to those
• Commercial / Financial understanding including, calculation of initial business case, developing P&L, pricing, financial analysis and simulation
• Definition project management structures and artefacts, i.e. project plan, budget tracking, risk matrix, and others

Job Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in project management, account management, business analyst or similar
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Profound IT mindset, experience with SAP S/4 is a plus
• Work independently with little supervision
• Experience in Supply Chain Solutions environment
• Exposure to working for a global organization
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
• Demonstrates the ability to be forward thinking, taking the broad view and contributes to defining and implementing business strategy
• Domestic travel for implementation projects required
