What You Will Be Doing
- Helping Account Managers with project estimation, scope creation, and basic design for turnkey projects.
- Aid in the management and development of Hardware and Software Design Submittals, Installation Drawings, Sequence of Operations, Commissioning and/or Validation Documents.
- Coordination of the final Turnover Package to the Owner, which includes design documentation, system backup, recovery, and general use training, as well as warranty and service department turnover.
- Responsible for all project-related and customer-required documentation, such as submittals, RFIs, schedules, safety compliance, commissioning, and/or validation.
- Oversee project closeout to completion.
What You Need for this Position
- At least 5 years of Construction Project Management experience
- Knowledge of BMS and SCADA PLC software configuration and programming.
- Checkout, startup, and system commissioning of HVAC and mechanical systems.
- The ability to decipher design documents.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
