Job Details

PROJECT MANAGER

Develop, update, and communicate manpower project
Coordination of manpower between other project teams.
RFI’s submittals, meeting minutes, change orders and other project communication
Conduct regular weekly meetings with the Field Leadership to review job progress schedules and goals and to plan for manpower, material, tool, and sub needs

Strong people and team building skills with the ability to foster and maintain relationships with your internal team as well as external clients and vendors
Comfortable speaking in front of clients.

Required:

PMP certification, bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent experience.
