Job description

Family-owned steel fabrication and erection company seeking self-starting, detail-oriented candidate for Project Manager position.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Manage projects completely from estimating hand-off to completion (while working with the rest of our team)
• Ensure costs remain at or below estimates
• Maintain required project documentation/logs including RFI’s, submittals, and change orders
• Serve as liaison between business, customers, and vendors
• Resolve issues as needed, jobsite visits when necessary

Qualifications:

• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Strong computer skills, well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to read construction blueprints
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs, sit at a desk and work on a computer comfortably for longer periods of time
• Must be able to drive to work and on occasion drive to jobsites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
