This position is responsible for managing accounting projects from initiation through completion. This position will ensure Titan accounting projects are on time, complete and accurate, and meet applicable accounting standards. This position will work with individuals throughout the organization, at the store level and at our Shared Resource Center.

- Responsible for leading accounting projects in alignment with company goals
- Determine scope, budget, resource requirements, timeframe and expected outcomes and benefits of assigned projects
- Responsible for planning and ensuring all aspects of project execution function smoothly are completed on time and within budget
- Ensure projects deliver the expected outcomes and benefits at completion
- Analyze and resolve project issues
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration within project teams
- Facilitate vendor and customer cooperation
- Develop, implement and continuously improve project management processes
- Develop expertise with Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) standards and requirements (SEC and CSRD standards)
- Develop and maintain tools and mechanisms to evaluate, track, and report on progress of company ESG goals
- Collect, validate, and calculate ESG data for mandatory reporting
- Conduct research and peer benchmarking to support strategic planning and goal/target setting used in facilitating conversations with stakeholders
- Collaborate with international team as necessary
- Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments
- Other duties as assigned
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field and 4 + years of accounting-related work experience and/or related military experience
- Proven project leadership experience
- Positive and energetic with an openness to change
- Self-motivated with attention to detail and ability to complete tasks by deadlines
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work creatively within groups and individually

- Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
