PROJECT MANAGER/HOME IMPROVEMENT
COMPANY OVERVIEW:
American Home Design is a locally owned & operated home improvement company serving TN for over 43 years. We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee our Bath operations, including the hiring, training, and daily oversight of our installation team.

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITY:

• Training, supervision, and scheduling of installation crews

• Working closely with the warehouse team in staging jobs when needed and verifying accuracy of products

• Jobsite measurements, inspections, and troubleshooting

• Working with installers to promote a quality install mindset

• Vendor relationship and order management and entry, as needed, for all material needs

• Achieving 100% customer satisfaction, including managing post-installation services and collections

• Developing strong working relationships with the sales and back-office teams for the lifecycle of all jobs

• At least two years of experience in bath installations

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Strong management and problem solving skills

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills

• Knowledge or experience in the home improvement industry or general construction industry
