Looking for a Property Manager for a growing Property Management company! The right candidate will have the following skills and characteristics:
Detail Oriented
Ability to work on tasks independently
Friendly and Outgoing Personality
Computer Literate (Familiar with Google Suite, Microsoft Suite)
Able to be flexible in day-to-day responsibilities
Understand and have experience with property maintenance
Have a Real Estate License
Successful Candidate will be managing a portolio of properties and will be responsible to work with tenants, owners, and office staff. Will need to be able to coordinate maintenance/repair requests with tenants and contractors. This position will have different priorities each day and will require flexibility and the ability to prioritize tasks and requests.
This is a perfect opportunity to earn a regular paycheck AND have the ability to sell real estate on a full-time basis. Pay is a base salary plus commission!

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
