Haselhorst Properties as owner of several rental houses and and apartments in the Missouri State University ( MSU), Center City Area is looking for a Main Office Property Manager This position will be responsible for all functions of leasing both apartments and single family homes as well as all resident interaction for approximately 225 units.

Job Responsibilities Include:
Answering phones, process tenant applications writing leases,

Process checks and posting all rental payments

Maintains all tenant files and Handles all tenant interactions

Handle Resident inquiries and take maintenance request for our in house maintenance team

Perform Property showings to prospective residents (must be Mobil and have the ability to handle stairs)

Must be able to be a team player

Must be organized and have good communication skills

This is a full time position

Must be able to use and understand basic computer as all work is done a specific property management program call Propertware

Must be Drug Free, have reliable transportation, be able to use a computer on a daily basis, have a working knowledge in Word, and Excel, any experience Property Management Software like Yardi, Apfolio, Propertyware, or Real Page is beneficial.'
