Job Summary

The Property Manager is responsible for leading and directing the day to day operations of one or more multi-family assets in the Omaha metro area. This individual will be responsible for effectively leading a team of property management professionals to maximize the multi-family asset.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing and managing annual operating budgets
• Development and implementation of a marketing & leasing plans to maximize NOI.
• Maintaining a resident retention with best in class customer service.
• Assist in training and development of team members to provide excellent service and effectively administer core policy and procedures.
• Analyzing market trends to for recommended market rent growth.
• Timely and accurate application and lease administration.
• Negotiate vendor services and contract administration within budget guidelines.
• Oversite of daily maintenance, unit turnover, and risk management initiatives.

Knowledge & Skills

• 3+ years of multi-family management; 2+ years of supervisory leadership/team building.
• Technical experience and effective computer skills.
• Working knowledge of property management fundamentals.
• Ability to comprehend and analyze financial statements.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at any given time.
• Strong analytical skills; attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
