The Landstar Realty Group has open opportunities! We are now looking for an experienced Property Maintenance Technician. What we’re looking for:

• At Least 1 years of experience in Property Maintenance
• EPA Certification
• Applicant must have a License, Insurance, and Tools
• General Electrical, Plumbing, & HVAC knowledge on repairs and maintenance
• General Knowledge of Property Management Preventative Maintenance
• Positive attitude
• Strong time management skills and efficient in completing maintenance work orders
• Willingness to learn and perform new skills as needed for each project
• Desire to work for a company where the individual’s contribution has significant impact on the success of the team as a whole
• Experience repairing holes and replacing drywall, skim coating, and drywall finishing
