This position is for North Central Arkansas Territory (Harrison, Mtn Home, Conway, Heber Springs
Position Purpose: Serve as a liaison between providers, the health plan and Corporate to investigate and resolve provider claims

  • Review inbound requests for accuracy and route to provider changes or other cross functional teams
  • Audit completed requests for accuracy and compliance with standards
  • Maintain database for provider changes and validate new database entries
  • Resolve complex provider data issues
  • Analyze and advise management of personnel and workflow issues and resolutions
  • Review, investigate, and generate reports for internal and external customers
  • Submit daily and weekly internal and external status reports
  • Complete audit analysis reports, inventory reports and submitter’s status reports
  • Maintain standard operating procedures and assist management with departmental policies and procedures
  • Work with provider data and credentialing team to audit data exchanges
  • Assist Provider Data Coordinators with questions and training needs

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field preferred. 5+ years of sales, provider relations, or contracting experience. Claims processing and/or managed care experience preferred. Driver’s License may be required by some plans. Specific language skills may be required by some plans. License/Certification: Valid driver's license. For Fidelis Care only: Must have valid driver license, personal vehicle and ability to travel.
