Now Hiring:

Full-Time and Part-Time Purchasing Assistant

Responsibilities Purchasing Assistant:

• Review purchase orders and proposals for supplies and services.
• Help coordinate and communicate approved product and pricing terms with the field
• Act as liaison with vendors and property managers regarding updates to products, as well as administration access issues.
• Complete cost analysis on product lines
• Research product information an d perform product searches online for non-standard product needs.
• Work with key vendors to help establish approved product catalogues and price books; engage in pricing negotiations as needed.

Qualifications Purchasing Assistant:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or part of a group and to prioritize and organize tasks.
• Computer knowledge.
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
