Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
-
3 Years of Experience, two of which must be in Quality Engineering
-
Problem solving skills, analysis techniques, process improvement studies, and development of new procedures
-
Knowledge of contracts, statistical methods, manufacturing, assembly, measurement, and test processes
-
Failure analysis and corrective action experience
-
Plan, implement, and administrate cost-effective quality programs to meet contractual quality requirements protecting Moog and its customers
-
Prepare quality proposals and related cost estimates
-
Participate in design reviews and make inputs to the design process
-
Develop inspection plans for receiving inspection, manufacturing operations, assembly & test processes, and final inspection for programs
-
Integrate inspection plans into receiving inspection instructions, manufacturing operation sheets, A&T worksheets, and other documentation
-
Communicate with customer, government, regulatory agency, and major subcontractor representatives resolving fabrication and field related problems
