Job Details for Quality Control:

• Monday - Friday, occasional OT on Saturday's
• 1st shift - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM $18.50 starting pay rate
• 2nd shift - 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM $20.35 starting pay rate
• 3rd shift - 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM - $20.35 starting pay rate

Job Responsibilities & Description for Quality Control:

• • Ensure molding/ assembly operators are completing paperwork properly
  • Relief of machine/assembly operators for lunches and breaks
  • Maintain current sample boards
  • Check visuals on parts every hour or as specifies and record findings on attribute inspection sheet
  • Make sure all rejected material is marked and moved to non conformance area
  • Verify part quality, correct labels
  • Stamp every carton before it goes on skid finalize and complete skis/remaining cartons for change over

Job Requirements for Quality Control:

• • 1+ years of manufacturing experience (Quality background a plus)
  • good measuring skills (Caliper or micrometer prefer)
  • Must be able to read a blueprint and differentiate colors.
