Role description:

Arcadis is seeking a Country Quality Manager for North America. This position can be based out of any of our United States or Canada offices.

In this role, you will be responsible for the creation, deployment, and oversight of the in-country quality management system that is aligned with Arcadis’ Global Integrated Management System (IMS) which supports effective engineering and consulting service delivery. You will be able to inspire multi-disciplinary teams in North America offices around a common purpose and demonstrate significant leadership capability in setting up and maintaining an Integrated Management System.

For this role, we are looking for a senior quality professional who has a background in change management and is comfortable leading the transformation from a local to a global IMS. You will bring strong communication skills and will be able to influence others. You will drive and manage change to align business practices and culture with our Global IMS expectations.

Role accountabilities:

Management System processes and procedures
  • Help develop, implement, maintain, and improve IMS processes and procedures in North America
  • Measure and evaluate/analyze process KPIs
  • Implement a continuous improvement methodology

Knowledge and training

  • Ensure all North America office staff are trained / have the required knowledge of our Local and Global IMS requirements

• Ensure currency of user knowledge

• Knowledge of ISO standards

• Knowledge of internal and external audit techniques and principles

• Provide Global IMS training, document preparation, internal audit, and RCA/CAR training to office staff

• Identify and deploy lessons learned and best practices across processes and associated documents

Data repository and reporting
  • Regular updating and maintenance of Global IMS repository of information (policies, procedures, audit outcomes, NCR’s, KPIs, goals, lessons learned, best practices, benchmarking data, etc.)
  • Reporting of the status of in-country IMS performance to Global Quality
  • Reporting of in-country process KPI’s and audit findings (internal and external) to Global Quality
Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with applicable ISO requirements (e.g., ISO 9/14/26/27/44/45/50/55001, CMMC+)
• Participate in and ensure internal and external audits are performed, as required
  • Ensure compliance with in-country regulatory and statutory requirements

• Ensure alignment and compliance of North America IMS framework with Global IMS requirements

Governance
  • Support Global IMS certification initiative
  • Ensure effective integration of local and global policies and procedures across all functions in North America

Qualifications & Experience:

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree; Master’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9/14/26/27/44/45/50/55001, CMMC+)
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in setting up and maintaining an Integrated Management System, preferably in professional Engineering and Consulting services industry

Arcadis offers benefits for full time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage along with a 401K plan, STD and LTD, and Life Insurance as well as some additional optional benefits. Full time positions also come with annual PTO days and at certain levels a bonus program may apply.The Salary range for this role is $110,00 - 165,000.
