Responsibilities
- Ensure all quality associates are trained
- Assist in all aspects of new lauches to include, Impliment new processes and procedures. Train quality on the new product specifications.
- Meet and maintain company pubished goals and objectives
- Change management
- Write and update quality assurance procedures and work instructions
- Cooperative working relationship with management and co-workers
- The ability to work some overtime and take calls after hours
Qualifications
- Associates degree or 5 years experience as a Quality Leader
- Work all required hours, availability to be on-call if needed
- Speak, read and communicate in English
- Above average Excel, Microsoft and Power Point skills
- Automotive experience with ISO/TS 16949 and applicable Core Tools (APQP & Control Plan, PFMEA, MSA, SPC and PPAP)
