Job Purpose

Responsible for the day-to-day QC tasks required by the Quality Manager. Responsible for performing pre-QC, additive blending, final QC, maintaining lab cleanliness, and entering quality data into system by performing the following duties.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for QC analysis on incoming raw materials, for QC analysis of off-site blending products upon receiving shipment.
• Performs pre-quality control analysis of manufactured products.
• Responsible for calculating adjustments for production and the required sign-off. Maintains accurate notes and documentation of all QC analyses and tasks.
• Performs and documents final QC analysis of all finished products.
• Responsible for entering in Certificate of Analysis on all finished products.
• Performs and reports inventory of raw material Additives to supervisor. Maintains lab organization, files, and cleanliness.
• Responsible for metals analysis on all finished products.
• Takes part in Redates / Recertification process.
