SUMMARY
Provides testing and quality systems support to manufacturing, development trials, and Quality Engineering. Maintains awareness of and communicates product quality levels in support of production.

Provides testing and quality systems support to manufacturing, development trials, and Quality Engineering. Maintains awareness of and communicates product quality levels in support of production.
Essential Duties
- Performs required testing and visual evaluations of product.
- Utilizes applicable quality system procedures.
- Assesses product quality and efficiently communicates quality levels to production crews.
- Understands and references all applicable quality system documentation.
- Resolves product quality issues.
- Insures proper analysis of all test results.
- Insures all test equipment calibration and standardization is maintained always.
- Maintains positive interactions with all technical support as well as production crews.
- Uses safety practices and maintains good housekeeping in the lab area always.
- Uses statistical terms and tools as required.
Additional Duties
- Participates in test variation studies and quality assessment studies.
- Participates in teams and applicable training opportunities.
- Maintain Quality records and retain sample archives.
- Participates on response team in First Aid/CPR role.
- Understands and complies with TC’s Safety Policies.
- Must be willing and able to work all shifts
Hourly Pay Rate
: $19.46
Professional background
- Able to read and write.
- Able to perform basic math using a calculator.
- Able to use a computer to retrieve emails and other electronic information.
- Knowledge and use of electronic systems such as Prism, Wonderware, SharePoint, and email.
- Able to read a tape measure.
- Follows instructions.
- Good organizational skills.
- Good physical shape for motor controls.
- Good hand/eye coordination.
- Good housekeeping skills a must.
- Self-motivator; ability to work with limited supervision.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a team environment
