JOB PURPOSE:
Performs and supervises daily operations and provides leadership relative to the Radiology Support Services under the direct supervision of the Director of Operations. Ensures that all clerical tasks are completed in a timely manner and that the tasks meet regulatory and organizational policies. Facilitates the work flow within the work group. The individual is responsible for scheduling staff, staff competencies and performance evaluations.



Requirements

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school diploma with some advance education.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
One (1) year of administrative/clerical experience.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess above average computer and computer network problem solving skills.
Must possess effective communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
Must be self-motivated with the ability to manage a diverse group of employees.
The candidate must demonstrate the ability to communicate with patients, families, staff, physicians, support agencies, vendors, and others; has an ability to interpret information and make decisions.
