Work Environment: Mainly working outside on the ramp with a little time in the office

Job Summary: Employee will be responsible for dispatching drivers to deliver Load Plan Manifest and eNOTOC's to outbound aircraft. Employee will also be responsible for creating/delivering documents to customs and audit Flight Packets.

Job Description: working outside on the ramp with a little time in the office to complete paperwork or create reports. Primary responsibilities will include running multiple scales to weigh containers going on jet aircraft, staffing access points and escorting pilots on the ramp, completing reports on ramp equipment like Fuel and oil.

Required Skills: Must have VALID Driver’s License and be Safe Responsible driver following all ramp rules, regulations and procedures. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Accuracy in paperwork. Able to work in an office atmosphere.

Additional Skills: General knowledge of Microsoft office and computer skills to create General Declaration Documents for Customs. Must be able to read and decipher flight data.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate, well-organized with attention to detail. Must be able to prioritize tasks in order of priority.

Additional Notes: This position will require some ramp driving.
