Our Garden Distribution Division is searching for Reach Truck and Forklift Operators in our Ontario, CA location. This position requires qualified candidates to be safety conscious and able to perform required functions in a productive manner, working with tight schedules and deadlines.

MEASURE OF SUCCESS

• Outbound – Safely, accurately, and efficiently pick, pack, label, and stage outbound orders.
• FedEx and UPS platform experience is a plus.
• Inbound – Safely, accurately, and efficiently pack, label, placard, and stage product being received.
• SAP or other Inventory Control Systems is a plus.
• Automated Voice Pick Systems is desireable.
• Communication – Communicate any issues that affect warehouse production safety, accuracy, and efficiency to the warehouse manager or lead person.
• Clean - Maintain a clean work environment.
• Able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally and 20 – 30 lbs. frequently.
• Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Reach Truck, Pallet Jack and Forklift experience required (Crown and Toyota, newer equipment preferred).
• Frequent stooping, squatting, overhead lifting, and walking.
• Work Overtime and weekends as required.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Full-time position in a warehouse distribution facility.
• Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment.

POSITION INFORMATION:

• This position pays $17.00 - $19.00 per hour DOE
