Real Estate Salesperson - Leasing Agent - Part Time

NGB Property Management is seeking a Leasing Agent to show our apartment homes and properties to prospective tenants throughout the Capital District.
Duties include showing properties, providing prospective tenants with property information, and educating them on our application process.
Requirements:
- Licensed NYS Real Estate Salesperson.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be willing to travel. We have properties in Albany, Schenectady, Clifton Park, Saratoga, etc.
- Internet access on your phone is required. We communicate via email and use scheduling software for all showings.
- People skills! You'll be interacting with tenants on occasion, so it's important that you remain professional and represent our name well.
Schedule:
We're ideally looking for someone who can work some evenings and weekends but we do have flexibility on the specific schedule. The more hours of availability you provide, the better chance you will have to get commissions! Currently, practicing real estate? This role may be a perfect way for you to supplement your income while giving you the flexibility to continue to work with your clients to buy and sell properties.
Compensation:
- Negotiable ($18.00-$20.00/hour).
- $50.00 commission for each apartment you successfully fill.

Note: we have flexibility in shifts. If you would prefer to show from 3 pm-7 pm during the week or longer shifts during the weekend, for example.
