Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty is seeking a high-tech, highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to join our top-producing real estate brokerage office in New Canaan, Connecticut. The ideal candidate will have a successful background in a high-tech environment and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The administrative assistant/receptionist will be responsible for providing administrative support to the real estate agents and brokerage manager.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting agents in technology platforms such as the local Multiple Listing Service
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Preparing and distributing marketing materials
- Managing office supplies and inventory, invoicing and building maintenance
Upload photos to MLS and manage 3rd party websites syndication
- Help agents with technology questions and support as needed
- Work directly with office support staff on special projects
- Providing general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Experience in real estate and real estate license preferred but not required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Minimum two years professional administrative assistant/reception experience
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
- Experience in a high-tech work enviroment
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as a team
