What we are looking for:

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome visitors and greet people who visit the business and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and employees. Greet & direct all visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer multi-line phone system, transfer calls accurately and in a timely manner.

This position will also perform office duties such as filing, faxing, scanning, coordinating Fed-Ex pick-ups and ordering office supplies. An important and daily function is entering and processing Caterpillar and MCF invoices. Check deposits are received, logged and processed in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Experience Needed:

The successful candidate will have 1 - 2 years of proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role. High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Proven history working in a busy environment handling multiple tasks on a regular basis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Excel. hands-on experience with office equipment.
• Professional attitude and appearance, solid written and verbal communication skills, ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Excellent organizational skills, multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
