Immediate need for a Receptionist / Payment Processor + $500 signing Bonus!

SALARY: $13.00 per hour

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm with mandatory overtime during month end processing

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist and Payment Processor with strong administrative skills to oversee our lobby and front desk area in our Clearwater office.

A minimum of 1-year general office and/or front lobby experience required, 2-years preferred and bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcome all on-site visitors
• Answer/Transfer incoming telephone calls
• Answer questions and provide accurate information about the organization
• Receive/sort/route all incoming mail
• Assist with assorted clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and collating
• Process customer payments accurately/ cash handling
• Balance cash drawer at end of day

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic and able to work under minimal supervision
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in high pressure situations
