Full Job Description

Fast paced personal injury law firm is seeking a receptionist or legal assistant.

Job duties include, but not limited to:

• Greeting clients.
• Scheduling and managing calendars.
• Assisting clients (& being pleasant to our clients even when they are demanding);
• Corresponding with and responding to insurance companies.
• Obtaining medical records.
• Ideally, familiar with law firm management software (Smokeball).
• Day-to-day office duties, including answering/making telephone calls, emailing; faxing; letters; entering case data into files on a real time basis (generally via Smokeball); General administrative support.

Looking for a team player to help us help our injured clients.

Must have a good attitude, good work ethic and work well with others.

Ability to multitask and handle priorities .

The ideal candidate has very strong organizational skills and is Tek savvy.

Speaking French Creole or Spanish is a plus.

Personal Injury firm experience is a big plus.

Prefer someone with at least a year of office experience, but we are willing to train.

This a priority hire!

Salary: DOE, very competitive

Part-time– at least 24 Hours a week.
