Feet First Podiatry is a fast paced/multi-doctor practice looking to grow our team with a qualified Medical Receptionist. We are located in St. Peters, MO and have two remote offices in Wentzville, MO and Greenville, IL.

Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma
- Preferred experience as a Medical receptionist OR 1 year comparable experience
- Other: Customer service and computer skills required
- Effective communication and written skills
- Reliable and professional
- Well organized and have the ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Duties include, but not limited to:
- Having face to face interactions with patients to verify demographic and health insurance information
- Answering a multi-line phone system from patients, referring doctors, and vendors
- Inputting data in an EMR system
- Collecting payments of all types including cash, checks, and credit cards
- Balancing a daily payment log
- Scheduling appointments and managing the office schedule
- Prepping paperwork, mailings, and clerical duties
- Knowledge of insurance payers, authorizations, referrals, copays, deductibles, HMO, PPO is preferred
- Some traveling between offices may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
