Job Description:
This position is responsible for reducing inventory loss and dollar risk on AGSCS and AGSCS client's inventory that resides offsite at our customer or Contract Manufacturer by supporting counts/audits at Arrow's consigned engagements. Also includes financial audit operational support for some clients. Position will manage others performing reconciliation activity for various AGSCS programs. Must be able to actually perform reconciliations and manager others doing the same.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$94,800.00 - $121,000.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Reconciliation Manager
Job Description:

Also includes financial audit operational support for some clients. Position will manage others performing reconciliation activity for various AGSCS programs. Must be able to actually perform reconciliations and manager others doing the same.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Physical and system audits on Inventory balances, reconciliation, documentation, reporting and recommendations or corrective actions as required based on root cause analysis.
- Requirement to communicate at team and executive levels
- Potential travel 20% of time.
- Operational process review and documentation related to reconciliation across AGSCS programs
- General support to programs with inventory accuracy of consigned engagements.
- Support for supplier issues involving reconciling inventory.
- Will be working with Finance, Sales, Supply chain architects, operations, and External Customers.
- Job will require several weekend days of work per quarter (3-4)
- Manage team of others doing similar activity
- Responsible for reporting out to AGSCS clients regarding reconciliation efforts underway
- Responsible for meeting tight timelines and identifying and communicating barriers to meeting the same.
What We Are Looking For:
- Willing to travel as a predominant part of the role to customer locations occasionally required on short notice.
- Strong attention to detail and curiosity to get to the root of a problem is essential.
- Strong Problem solving skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Strong data analysis skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, as well as diplomacy skills for communicating internally and externally at all levels, including executives.
- Expert Excel skills
- Strong Power BI skills
- Power Point skills
- Good organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Prior experience logistics/warehouse/inventory control or understanding of inventory at a consigned engagement an advantage.
- Financial analyst skills a plus
- Ability to work and think independently.
- Ability to manage others.
- Innovative ways to make reconciliations easier across large areas of control (3PL, EMS, Client, Supplier, AGSCS, etc.)
- Able to apply creative solutions to unique situations.
