About The Role

The Adult Recreation Lead provides personal hygiene, nutrition and spiritual and physically stimulating activities to clients with memory loss. This team member will provide respite, emotional, and spiritual counseling and informational support to caregivers.

**$7,000 Sign-on Bonus**

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate the implementation by unit staff special programs and pilot activities which include but are not limited to special culinary events and cultural events.
• Facilitate activities with Certified Family Partners.
• Work hours are to support programs for the day and evening shifts and weekends.
• Hold monthly training sessions for Certified Family Partners to support quality programs and meet regulatory compliance.
• Hold regular monthly resident meetings to discuss activity interests and participation levels and to express other needs on their unit. Hold family meetings as needed.
• Ensure the Adult Day Services team is compliant with all the policies, procedures, and quarterly training.
• Support the Adult Day Services team by providing resources, keeping them educated, and leading them with grace.

• Must have a high school diploma or a G.E.D.
• A certified nursing assistant (CNA) is preferred.
