Northwest Healthcare (CHS) is searching for an entry level Recruiter! This recruiter position will focus on physician recruitment for Northwest Healthcare Tucson and New Mexico markets. Ideal candidates will be energetic, enthusiastic and eager to learn about recruitment best practices.   • Potential to work a hybrid in-office/remote schedule after training and proven performance.

This is a full time Physician Recruiter for the Arizona and New Mexico Community Health Systems (CHS) markets.

The Physician Recruiter will work on site, in the main office at Northwest Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona or in the offices in Las Cruces, NM. The Physician Recruiter works to complete the HR Recruitment processes for Physician Recruitment. The position works in conjunction with the Human Resources department for Northwest Healthcare and the Physician Recruitment team. Successful candidates will apply knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and recruiting strategies for talent acquisition of Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.

Plans, develops, and directs strategic physician recruitment and physician employment programs. Responsible for planning in accordance with the needs and goals of the organization. Develops improvements to staffing processes like sourcing and selection. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.

Appropriate prioritization and planning skills, while achieving safety and quality in a high volume environment; Engaging and effective communication and service skills; Adherence to policy and procedures; Process improvement oriented; Self-initiative to assist with whatever is needed.

Education

Required: Associates degree or equivalent experience in relevant area related to physician relations or physician recruiting
Preferred: Bachelors degree in HR, business management or relevant field

Experience

Required: 2 years experience in physician recruiting or physician business development
