Job Brief:

We are looking for a highly-organized, super-friendly Recruiting Coordinator. This is a great position for someone looking for an entry-level role in Human Resources. For the right candidate, this will be a hybrid remote position.

What you’ll do:

We currently have a small recruiting department that needs your help to grow! Some day to day responsibilities are:

• Screening applicants housed in various sources
• Making first contact with candidates and scheduling initial interviews
• Emailing candidates with pertinent information about their upcoming interview
• Responding to messages from applicants in a timely manner

Who you are:

• Creative, quick-thinking, and flexible
• Familiar with standard hiring practices
• Comfortable working with a high volume of applicants

What you’ll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office and Zoom
