Summary
We are looking for a Recruiting Manager to assist the entire West region. This position will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with West Region leadership and talent strategy for current and future business needs.
  • Partnership with external vendors and associations to build pipeline talent and networks for growing bench in the region.
  • Training and development of recruiting staff.
  • Day to day support of recruiters to include.
  • Direct recruiting team in recruiting/ sourcing.
  • Resolving questions & concerns regarding candidate pipeline.
  • Reviewing driver profile & Driver Qualification File for qualification and compliance.
  • Recruitment and talent plan analytics and data driven insights to include weekly reporting of open requisitions, vacancy rate, regional employment data, and market specific information.
  • Creating job descriptions and offer letters for Exempt level hires.
  • Maintenance of ATS system(s), compliance, and documentation
  • Recruiting team communications (meetings, events, projects).
  • Project leadership and pipeline initiatives in support of the overall talent strategy for the business.
  • Travel is up to 20%

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or similar business area
  • 8 to 10 years of managing a recruiting team of 3+ in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • 5+ years of experience in AEC space recruitment
  • PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to adjust as business needs may change
  • Manges self, information, and interaction with others with approachability, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated success in developing innovative recruitment programs thru social media is required
  • Experience in reporting metrics/data analytics
  • Experience with ATS implementation, optimization, and use
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Recruitment and Fair Recruitment Practices
  • Must be familiar with national labor market trends and the execution of effective processes to support operational recruitment strategies
