The Recruitment Consultant II, Technology Recruitment is an open ended contract. The incumbent will provide Talent Sourcing support, and address recruiting needs on an ongoing basis for technical and, data positions across all our locations. This role will involve direct sourcing of candidates for open positions in software engineering in the USA with a focus on PHP Developer roles.
The position directly reports to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, with a dotted line to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Technology located in New York.
All consultants are expected to meet the following KPI's each month:
- Source Candidates That Lead Towards the Following Hires:
- 2 PHP Developer (Level III), 1 PHP Manager
- Candidates Sourced & Outreached: 250 Per Week
- LinkedIn InMail Response Rate: 20%
- TA Screens Per Week: 20 (30 Minutes Per Interview/10 Hours Per Week)
- New Active Candidates Per Week (Post TA Screen): 10
- Candidate Conversion from TA Interview to Hiring Manager Interview: 75%
What We Expect:
- Confidence in your ability to create your own sourcing strategies and Boolean search strings
- Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter including the ability to manage projects and create sophisticated search parameters
- Experienced in sourcing beyond LinkedIn on tools such as GitHub, and the ability to perform Google X-ray searches
- Excellent communication skills in order to interview senior candidates in technology
- Sophisticated offer negotiation skills in order to close candidates
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience sourcing and recruiting in a fast paced environment for hard to fill Engineering roles
- Strong acumen and understanding of PHP Engineering, .Net, DevOps and similar tech stack
- Detail-oriented, action/goal-oriented, effective multi-tasker with a high sense of urgency
- Must be flexible and have the ability to work independently
- Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)

The hourly rate for this position is $70-$90 per hour and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. Candidates will be additionally compensated $5,000 per successful hire.
