What you'll be doing:
- Inspect returned furniture for any defects or necessary repairs, or determine if replacement is the better option
- Review repairs, once complete, for completeness and quality
- Supervise the packaging and loading of the furniture for re-delivery
What we're looking for:
- Must possess an eye for detail
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written
- Strong time management skills are required
- Ability to lift 25lbs, and have excellent mobility (repetitive bending, lifting, stooping, climbing, pushing, etc.)
- Prior customer service or warehouse experience is not required
