The Position
The Regional Operations Director will report directly to the COO and will ideally be located in the Texas Market. In this role your job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Full accountability for a region of CareVet Hospitals, including all aspects of Team (hiring, firing, talent development, recruiting, performance management, etc.), P&L/ budget management (revenue and cost), client experience (client satisfaction, new client acquisition), building repair & maintenance, capital improvement projects, etc.
- Partnering with other functional lanes to successfully integrate new hospital acquisitions into your region
- Partnering with Business Development to generate new leads for potential acquisitions
- Special Projects as dictated by the COO that could require both regional and/or national deployment and adoption
- Playbook development – partnering with the COO to continuously improve our operating playbook in order to achieve both operational and enterprise goals.
This role will require ~50% travel, and you will be authorized to work from home when not traveling.
