• Support the business by providing coaching and advice to support the management and leadership teams on all people

• Cultivates favorable and effective employee relations and acts as a mediator. counselor, and facilitator in arbitrating
• disputes between employees and their supervisors and managers.
• Champion the administration of employee programs. such as corporate wellness program, annual benefit enrollment, and
• required annual compliance training.
• Partner with the HR shared services team to reconcile payroll reporting including but not limited to tax and benefits. This
• also includes payroll deductions, garnishments, and child support.
• Serve as the safety administrator for the install and service facilities including the investigation of accidents and preparing
• reports for insurance carrier. Analyses problem areas and recommends solution.
• Use HR analytics to interpret trends and make recommendations to develop strategies to address underlying issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required in HR or related field, Master ' s degree preferred.
• PHFUSPHR Certification is a plus
• 5-7 years human resource leadership
• Experience supporting hourly employee groups
• Experience in distribution center, service center, or manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of employment laws
• Ability to travel 40%
• Experience with MS Office Suite. HRIS, Oracle
• Solid experience in employee relations and compensation management
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present in a group setting.
