Job Title: Maintenance Regional Supervisor

Location: Mankato, MN

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm

Wage: $22/hour

Job Duties and Responsibilities of the Regional Maintenance Supervisor:

• Complete maintenance in timely fashion with a focus on quality, communication, and cost effectiveness

• Communication skills - 1:1 weekly meeting with Manager, communication with service recipients, team members and 3rd party contractors

• Documentation - Ensure timely documentation of KRA’s, invoices, expense reports, time cards (When I Work), etc.

• Use company credit card to purchase supplies, track expenses/billable time and aid in invoicing of property management services- report to Property Manager

• Exteriors, General Maintenance, Painting, Sheetrock, Flooring, Appliances, AC/Boiler/Furnace/Water Heater/Mechanicals, basic plumbing/electrical

• Report on goals

• Identify areas for programmatic development/effectiveness/efficiency

• Foster a positive culture among teams and agencies

• Quality/Compliance

• This position provides use of a company vehicle

Required Skills and Experience (Minimum requirements in terms of educational background, work experience, license/certifications or other knowledge skills and abilities):

• 1 year of experience in basic home repairs

• High school diploma/GED required

• Must have a valid drivers license

• Ability to pass a background check with the Department of Health and Human Services

Additional Skills and Experience (preferred or helpful):

• Construction experience a plus, but not required

• Painting

• General Maintenance

• Auto/small engine maintenance

• Appliance troubleshooting skills
