WISH STR Enterprise is a privately-owned vacation rental investment and management firm based in Sacramento, CA. Our company culture is fast paced and rewards creativity. We are looking for a reliable, longterm team member.

The Regional Quality Control Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all Guests have a Five-Star Experience. This is achieved through random quality control inspections, quick repairs, as well as the enforcement of our preventative maintenance schedule. Cleaners must meet our FIVE STAR QUALITY standard in accordance with the AirBnB 5-Step Cleaning Process and the Cleaning & QC Checklist.

Daily Tasks
1) Login to the our smartphone app, and Inspect as many properties as possible between 12pm-4pm immediately after cleaners finish / while cleaners are finishing.
2) Login to the online software dashboard, and verify all cleaner photos meet our touchpoints (AC, appliances, exterior, towel folds, beds, etc.)
3) Top up supplies at all properties, perform curb appeal inspections, and place PO for supplies needed.
4) Oversee local maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are resolved efficiently. Update the maintenance logs daily with new events.
5) Communicate with cleaners, clients, and colleagues to ensure guest satisfaction.
6) Send End Of Day Email to the executive team at the end of each workday, describing all findings from the day and proposed solutions.

Weekly Tasks
1) Add new properties to the preventative maintenance log with notes.
2) Meet with upper management to discuss improvement opportunities.

Miscellaneous Tasks
1) Constantly maintain a log of preventative maintenance and property improvements.
2) Access Maintenance logs and contact vendors as needed.
3) Purchase, transport, and distribute supplies as needed (save all receipts).
4) Perform final property walkthroughs with new clients before professional photos.
Perform other tasks as needed.
