Ai United is a rapidly growing insurance agency in Texas. We are looking for strong sales managers that know how to train others to be successful through implementing great sales techniques and providing great service. As a Regional Sales manager you will be in charge of most aspects that are utilized to successfully oversee district managers and run multiple locations. Those who apply should have an in depth understanding of the sales process and how to implement company techniques throughout their team. Insurance experience and a history of managing mulitple locations is needed. Successful managers will have the opportunity to advance their position further within the company.

Pay will include bonuses for meeting sales goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
