You will be responsible for providing nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, providing wound care, and monitoring vital signs. Our Float Pool Nurses play a crucial role in providing continuity of care across our facilities and ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care possible.

Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse (RN / LPN) Duties include:

• Medication management, treatments and prioritization of resident care make up the majority of responsibilities.
• Ability to delegate appropriate tasks to NAC team
• Ability to document patient care via electronic charting Point Click Care (PCC)

Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse (RN / LPN) Employment Requirements:

• Active Washington State Registered or Licensed Practical Nursing License(RN / LPN) in good standing
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Knowledge of PCC recommended
• Proficiency in assessment skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize patient care/work routines
