As a Float Pool Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in multiple locations and gain experience in various areas of nursing. You will be responsible for providing nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, providing wound care, and monitoring vital signs. Our Float Pool Nurses play a crucial role in providing continuity of care across our facilities and ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care possible.

Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse (RN / LPN) Duties include:

  • Medication management, treatments and prioritization of resident care make up the majority of responsibilities.
  • Ability to delegate appropriate tasks to NAC team
  • Ability to document patient care via electronic charting Point Click Care (PCC)

Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse (RN / LPN) Employment Requirements:

  • Active Washington State Registered or Licensed Practical Nursing License(RN / LPN) in good standing
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Knowledge of PCC recommended
  • Proficiency in assessment skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize patient care/work routines
