I am here to help! My name is Nurse Afton and I have been able to help many Nurses make their dreams a reality. I will be able to bring you from an employee to business owner by giving you all the tools and direction to make the change you’ve been looking for. Does this sound like the perfect fit for you? I started this program because just like you, I felt like a hamster on a wheel, just waking up and going to work, dreading it every single day, and asking myself if this was it.

I was helping people because it’s what I was born to do, my passion, but as time passed, I realized that I could help more people in other ways that aligned more with my core values. By healing people from the inside out and using prevented measures instead of being reactive with handfuls of pills. After my 11 years of bedside ICU nursing and management, I realized that there wasn’t an easy way to make this jump. It takes a lot of time and effort to learn new skills and starting from the bottom is scary; but most of all it would involve someone taking a chance on me. Meaning I would need a mentor to show me the ropes. As you may have found out on your own time, some people don’t want to give away their trade secrets for fear of competition. So here we are! I am here to help other nurses in similar situations as mine.
