Job Title: Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN)

Transitions Healthcare North Huntingdon is hiring an Registered Nurse(RN). Come work in an environment where your clinical skills will be utilized daily and you will have the opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with residents and their families.

Benefits: $1.50 per hour shift differential for 3-11 shift, $.50 per hour 11pm - 7am and $1.75 per hour weekend shift differential.

Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse Responsibility Highlights:

• Review of nursing assistant point of care documentation,
• Investigates and documents grievances
• Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and report adverse reactions to medications or treatments
• Monitor patients and chart medical records accurately
• Report the condition of a patient back to RNs and doctors
• Communicate openly and effectively with patients and families, while demonstrating compassion and friendly behavior

Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) nursing program
• Must have a valid Registered Nurse license in PA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $56,595.36 per year
