Nurse Supervisor
We are seeking a RN Nurse Supervisor to work the evening shift with our Facility.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for the assisting the DON and ADON with the Clinical Oversight, Planning, Quality, and Supporting of the Nursing Services within the organization. The Nurse Supervisor ensures all Department of Health Regulations are adhered to. Compliance with All State and Federal Guidelines required. The position reports to the Director of Nursing Services.

- RN License for the state of IL is required
- At least five (3) years experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or long-term care facility, including geriatric and/or psychiatric nursing. Must have demonstrated a mastery of good clinical nursing skills
- Training in rehabilitation and restorative nursing care
- Ability to incorporate all aspects of nursing in total resident care plan
- Ability to organize, plan and supervise the nursing service departments
- Must have a capacity to grasp new theories and principles and implement them
