Sound Sleep, LLC is a new sleep clinic and lab in Warrenton, Virginia (47 miles southwest of Washington DC). We are a small practice with one board certified sleep physician. Our goal is to educate our patients as we diagnose and treat their sleep disorders.

We are looking for an RPSGT who is licensed in Virginia and is willing to work independently.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Checking in patients coming for their sleep studies
• Explaining the process of the study and getting appropriate paperwork signed
• Doing full hook-up for the study independently
• Working with the sleep study software (we will train if needed) to conduct PSGs, Split studies, PAP titrations, day studies (i.e. MSLT, MWT, and DPSG).
• Scoring studies when required
• Checking patient out and getting appropriate paperwork signed upon discharge after study
• Communicating effectively and efficiently with the physician for any concerns

It is preferred if you are available to work weekends and have experience in conducting Pediatric studies.

Current BLS/CPR certification is required.

Additionally the tech should be comfortable in using electronic medical records (we will train you) and communicate with patients gently as you do the hookup for the study.

Candidates will be subject to a pre-employment background check.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Contract

Pay: $34.47 - $38.37 per hour
