Cold Spring Hills Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation located in Woodbury, NY is looking for a Rehabilitation nurse manager for our short-term/subacute units.The nurse manager will work collaboratively with the Assistant Director of Nursing for those units to ensure high-quality, person-centered care for the residents during their short time at our facility. These units have quick turnover as residents come in for short-term rehab and are sent home once healthy and able. You will be implementing the mission, vision, policies, goals, and objectives of the organization and the nursing/clinical services. You will allocate available resources for the efficient delivery of rehabilitation care and participate in executive decision-making related to departmental functions.
Salary: $58-65 / hour
